How do I place a cash-on-delivery order?

Choose your product, add it to your cart, and submit your order with your correct phone number and delivery address. You can pay in cash when your order is delivered. Online prepayment is not currently offered.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery (COD) is our available payment method. Please keep the order amount ready when the courier arrives. Online card or wallet payment is not currently available.

How long does delivery take?

Dubai: usually 1–2 days.
Qatar: usually 1–3 days.
Saudi Arabia: usually 1–3 days.

These are estimated delivery times and may vary by delivery area, order confirmation and courier conditions.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details if you need to change or cancel. We can only make changes before the order has been dispatched; cancellation may not be possible once it is with the courier.

What if I have a question about my product or delivery?

Can I pay online by card or wallet?

Online card and wallet payments are not currently offered. Please place your order using cash on delivery.
